Refund policy
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@mypoolfiller.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Repair Program Terms of Service
Effective Date: 5/25/2025
These Repair Program Terms of Service govern the repair services provided by Headwaters Inc. for customers who own eligible My Pool Filler® products. By participating in the repair program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Only original My Pool Filler® products purchased from Headwaters Inc. or an authorized distributor are eligible for repair under this program. Products that have been altered, misused, or damaged beyond reasonable repair may be deemed ineligible at our sole discretion.
2. Lifetime Repair Guarantee
Headwaters Inc. offers a Lifetime Repair Guarantee on qualifying My Pool Filler® products. Repairs are available for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below.
3. Repair Fee
Each eligible repair is subject to a flat service fee of $50 USD, payable prior to the start of any repair work. This fee includes diagnostic services, labor, and replacement of standard components (excluding items listed in Section 5).
4. Shipping Responsibilities
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for packaging and shipping the product to our designated repair facility at your own expense.
- Headwaters Inc. Responsibility: We will cover the cost of standard return shipping for all repaired items.
We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit to our facility. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
The following are not eligible for repair under this program:

- Products modified or repaired by non-authorized personnel
- Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
6. Repair Timeline
Repairs will be completed and the product shipped back to the customer within 7 business days from the date we receive both the product and the full repair fee. Additional time may be required for high-volume periods or complex cases.
7. Ongoing Repair Eligibility
Products repaired through this program remain eligible for future service under the same terms: a $50 repair fee and customer-paid inbound shipping for each subsequent request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Headwaters Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from repair services or product failure, including but not limited to loss of use or property damage.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
