Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom orders and product variants that are “made to order” may require additional time to manufacture and prepare for shipment.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $99 (Lower 48 United States only). Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped using a method of our choice based on product size, weight, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited U.S. Shipping: Options may be available at checkout
- International Shipping: Transit times vary by destination and selected shipping method

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders
We ship internationally to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
